Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry
Maintain proper pace to facilitate the team goal of ticket times under 20 minutes
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Culinary experience and knife skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Fine dining experience is a plus
Hours: 36-40 hrs/week, Sunday's required
Weekly Pay: $18.29/hr + Tip Pool (range $23 - $32 per hour)
