Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to maintain quality and consistency while working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Prepare food according to our recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Execute dishes with proper timing and presentation
Manage assigned station during service periods
Assist with inventory control and food preparation
Follow all health and safety regulations
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Requirements
Previous experience as a line cook (REQUIRED)
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred but not required
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Calm under pressure during busy service periods
