The 49th, a neighborhood bar and restaurant featuring Alaskan inspired food and drinks, is looking for a full time lead line cook at our soon to be open Littleton location! We are located at 5350 S Santa Fe Unit F Littleton CO 80120.
Our lead line cook will have great experience on all areas of the line and the ability to complete the following duties:
1-2 weekly orders - placing product orders and maintaining communication with food distribution representatives in absence of head chef
Helping to maintain a well organized and clean BOH space.
Adhering to public health code and following proper methods and procedures.
Reading and following recipes for product prep.
This position will make approximately $28 per hour including tips.
