Federal Bar & Grill is looking for a full time Kitchen Manager. Kitchen hours Wednesday – Saturday 11:00am to 10:00pm Sunday-Tuesday 11:00am 9:00pm. The Successful candidate will need to implement new ideas for an allergy friendly existing menu. The position requires a working knowledge of cost and portion controls ordering from multiple suppliers and of course keeping labor under control. Communication is key in this position between owners and front of house and all back of house. Our food is prepped and made fresh to order very little frozen here.
Here at the Fed we work as a team up and down the line as well as back to front of the house. Must be able to work weekends have 2 years high volume experience and be capable of working with this well oiled machine of a team.
