Hiring General Manager to split between Sushi-Rama RiNo and Osaka Ramen.
Prior management experience required:
-Familiarity with P&L reports, budgeting, forecasting
-Manage total store operations including product purchasing, inventory and invoice management, scheduling, and hiring
-Oversee employee progress meetings and file reviews
-Work directly with Chef owner and media team to promote ideas, assist with menu updates
-Run weekly payroll for both stores
-Perform weekly labor and financial audits
-Proven ability to boost revenue
$70,000 salary, health and dental insurance available after 90 days.
