We are looking for likeminded individuals to come work with us. We need lead PM line cooks, Am line and BQT cooks. This could be an ideal second job. With our current staff, we have the ability to do Am or Pm shifts. Our PM shifts are 4 x 10hr shifts. Our Am's are 5 day per week. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly focused on food and the love of line cooking. We cook off a 4 wood fired grills. Using white oak, mesquite, hickory and fruitwoods. We source as many products locally and focus on organic and sustainable as our first choice always. If you are truly focused on the craft of cooking, this will be a great spot for you. We are teaching kitchen and believe in growth.
