This role is responsible for leveraging market research, analytics, and insights to develop, align, and oversee the execution of strategic plans that support the company's overall vision, goals, and objectives. The successful candidate will establish and maintain effective cross-organizational relationships to produce strategic plans with stakeholder buy-in, fostering organizational success.As a senior leader you will act as a primary contact to support AWS's marketing investment decisions, crafting the narrative to define the AWS business strategy, collaborating closely with program owners, finance, analytics teams, sales, product, servicing, customer research, strategy, and operations teams. You will make data-driven recommendations on investment decisions and drive organizational clarity on what's working effectively for our business and marketing portfolio. You will participate in and lead strategy sessions with our business partners, offering insights to inform strategic decision-making.The ideal candidate thrives on diving deep into complex and ambiguous problems, making compelling, data-based, and logical arguments with strong judgment. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment are essential.
