Along with hiring, training, supervising, and goal setting, you are our champion of operational strategy. Your budgeting and forecasting experience, and strong interpersonal skills, will help ensure your region of properties is adequately staffed and managed for optimal investor returns. In this role, you will direct, supervise, and evaluate multiple managers.
