Where You Will Work:Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.What You Will Do:We are hiring a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) with Treasury planning and analysis and risk management experience to collaborate with cross-functional leaders within IT, Operations, Decision Support, and Investor Relations as we build an integrated business planning process to provide quality reporting and actionable insights that drive the performance of AIR’s multi-family real estate portfolio.  The Manager of FP&A will work closely with leadership to build annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and various financial models that deliver meaningful insights into business performance as well as contribute to enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives.Responsibilities:Lead team effort to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting/business metrics to operating teams, company leadership, and various business groups.Prepare investment performance reports, including return metrics, valuations, proforma variance, and benchmarking.Assists in the preparation of financial reporting to support quarterly SEC earnings releases and regulatory filings, as well as external earnings call preparation. Maintain and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
