We need someone to help out with 2 children, ages 11 and 9 for the next 2-4 weeks. They are here with their family (native Denverites) who have been living in Puerto Vallarta. So the kids speak Spanish and English. Their dad needs a serious surgery this week and they have been here for many weeks waiting.
They are falling a bit behind in their studies. They are in 6th and 4th grade and could use support in math and handwriting. Most importantly, they need a friendly helper to support them, give them something to do, keep them busy, and, it would be great, but not essential if you could communicate with their teachers in Puerto Vallarta about lesson plans. They are bored, miss their friends, and need to stay busy.
Prefer Monday through Thursday for 2 hours or so.
