Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update daily workload files
Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently
Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, insurance companies, and customers
Perform frequent communication (written, verbal, in-person, phone, email, and text)
Handle a fair amount of phone work
Be proficient with common office equipment and programs (Google Suite)
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Google Suite
Experience with office management tasks
Our Shop Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM
Closed on Sundays
