Colorado Superior Roofing & Construction, Inc. is an A+ rated roofing & exteriors company that has been in business since 2002. We do roofing, gutters, siding, painting, and windows but we are about 85% roofing. This job is open because our current production manager was recently promoted to a new position.
We are looking for a smart, dependable and team oriented individual to join our company.
This job would have a mix of office time and field time. You would be responsible for estimating jobs, ordering materials and permits, scheduling inspections, scheduling and coordinating with crews, reviewing subcontractor invoices and possibly managing one additional employee in the production office during busy times. You will also have the opportunity to meet with clients and crews at the job site.
We need someone with excellent computer skills, who is also highly detail oriented, organized, and dependable. This position requires you to be on call to deal by phone with issues arising with crews early in the morning or after hours. We have excellent management and office staff to provide you support.
Prior roofing/construction experience and knowledge of Xactimate is required. Working familiarity with Acculynx is a plus but is not required.
