We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Production Manager to play a pivotal role in our dynamic and rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Organization:
- Effectively organize and handle in-office production matters for residential, commercial, and specialty projects.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of construction projects.
2. Expertise in Roofing, Gutters, and Siding:
- Bring hands-on experience in roofing, gutters, and siding to the table.
- Provide valuable insights and guidance on industry best practices for top-notch project delivery.
3. Material Ordering and Crew Scheduling:
- Utilize extensive knowledge to efficiently order materials for projects.
- Create and manage crew schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
4. Detail-Oriented Project Assistance:
- Assist in preparing bids, large job planning, and take-offs.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in project planning and execution.
5. Team Collaboration and Independence:
- Work seamlessly with a diverse team to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and independence in managing assigned tasks.
6. Flexible Schedule:
- Full-time in-office position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability during peak periods.
7. Sub-Contractor Management
- Manage current sub- contractors
- Audit all subs pay vs performance on regular basis
- Find, interview and create new relationships with new Sub-Contractors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production management within the roofing and exterior construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing, gutters, siding, and related materials.
- Proficient in material ordering and crew scheduling for efficient project execution.
- Detail-oriented mindset for accurate bid preparation, planning, and take-offs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
Salary Range:
- $75,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
