Woden Woods Inc. is a custom cabinetry and furniture shop based in Denver’s RiNo district. We’ve been around for 50+ years and are preparing for a new phase of growth. We’re looking for a reliable, organized Administrative & Personal Assistant to work directly with ownership and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating clearly, and supporting a team that values quality craftsmanship. The role can grow over time into more responsibility in areas like design, project coordination, or business operations—depending on your interests.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Organizing emails, notes, files, and schedules
- Managing calendars and helping coordinate meetings
- Tracking invoices, purchases, and project details
- Sending invoices, following up on payments, and maintaining vendor paperwork (W9s, insurance)
- Entering bills into QuickBooks and paying vendors
- Supporting employees with time tracking and benefit coordination
- Keeping materials and samples organized for client meetings
Who We’re Looking For:
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Google Suite, Notion, and QBO and strong tech ability
- Interests in marketing and networking in the design field
- Friendly communicator with strong follow-up
- Interest in design, project coordination, or small business operations is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is helpful
