We are a used appliances shop in Colorado Springs and have a great demand for a leader to head our repair tech team as well as themselves in daily repair jobs in-house and on the road.
Job can pay very well depending on output and what you can bring to the team. Do you have great feedback most of the time with customers regardless of the situation ? Get along well with fellow teammates? You will be growing and restructuring the team along with daily repairs needed. We want a superstar and understand it cost money to get one and are very open to feedback compensation.
Looking for an experienced technician to:
- have worked in the appliance repair industry for 5+ years
- be well versed and certified in refrigeration
- ready to help put proper systems in place
- can set up Standard operating procedures
- be a team player and work extremely well with people to maintain our high rating in customer service
- also we need someone to increase our efficiency and output of in-house appliances
- be willing to help us grow and maybe grow with us at the company
We work on our own used appliances in-house as well as with property managers and our warranty customers to service a variety of appliances.
