WE NEED: Career-minded, New Construction Installation HVAC Tinner(s) right here in Colorado Springs and our office in Salida, CO.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a person looking for a craftsman/ licensed level position to apply. If you are driven and motivated this is a great place to work. This person must be capable of working residential and light commercial projects installing ducting, furnaces, AC units, and mini split systems.
The duties of this person include:
Working, in most cases, independently or with a helper
Taking direction from the lead installation tech or project manager
Lifting and carrying heavy objects up and down ladders
Working in all weather and temperature conditions
Applicants must:
- Have residential tinning experience
- Preferred Mech 4 license and EPA refrigerant Cert. (we offer higher pay)
- Enjoy installing in new construction and existing home- new installations
- Must have hand tools and tools of the trade. 'Bigger' tools are provided
- Must be capable of climbing ladders, working in crawlspaces and attics, and lifting over 50lbs
- Be reliable, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic
- Have a clean driving record and no felonies
- Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test
