Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant who excels in multitasking and thrives in a busy office setting. This role involves managing multiple phone lines, assisting retail customers, coordinating appointments, and maintaining administrative records with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct multiple incoming phone lines with a professional and pleasant demeanor
Schedule customer appointments and coordinate internal calendars
Assist walk-in retail customers with inquiries and provide excellent front-line service
Run and maintain various administrative reports using Excel and company forms
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Support office operations and assist management as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, clear speaking voice
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Experience working in a busy retail or service-oriented office is highly preferred
