Maintenance Crew Leader (Drivers License is a MUST)
Job Description
A Maintenance Crew Leader will maintain our commercial and HOA accounts by mowing, string trimming, edging, shrub trimming, etc. The ideal candidate will over see 2 to 7 people on a crew at any given time.
Responsibilities
Use equipment safely and efficiently
Report any issues seen outside of task performed while working
Report to work on time
Requirements
Experience with zero turn mowers
Must have 1-year minimum experience as a Crew Leader
No scheduling conflicts, must be able to work up to 50 hours per week if needed
Positive attitude and work ethic
Must be able to work at a fast pace in the heat of the summer on a daily basis
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Valid Colorado Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Preferred Skills
Proficient in mowing (commercial mowers) and string trimming
Salary
$20-22/hr. Depending on Experience and Qualifications
