This position demands an astounding individual who has a great general knowledge of fixing mechanical things.
Some of the day-to-day operations looks like this: painting dumpsters, installing new locks on doors and gates, hooking up cameras building security, repacking small hydraulic cylinders, greasing zirks on equipment, washing trucks with Hosty, installing company logo stickers on equipment. Ability to swiftly repair minor electrical/plumbing/& some mechanical.
Must be in good general health because of physical demands of the job.
Be able to follow directions & have a valid DL.
Be able to maintain & keep organized a working construction yard and help on rental properties throughout southern Colorado.
