LPN Private Nurse PRN/part-time

Seeking an LPN who is licensed in Colorado to provide PRN in-home private nursing care for a client in Colorado Springs. This opportunity is ideal for an LPN with a full-time job who wants some supplemental income. SHIFTS ARE VERY FLEXIBLE. Liability and worker’s compensation insurance provided. Equal Opportunity Employer. Background check and three references required. The Client is a 21-year-old special needs adult who has severe developmental disabilities. Expected commitment is 8 to 12 hours per month for varying evening and weekend shifts, PLUS availability for a continuous 48-to 72-hour weekend shift once every 3 to 4 months (this would be an overnight 2-to 3- day shift in-house at the client’s home). Anticipated total yearly potential income is approximately $15,000. Pay rate is $32 to $35 per hour, depending on willingness to also engage in other minor household responsibilities such as feeding of household pets. Must be comfortable with G-tube management (training can be provided by hiring M.D., if needed), and must be comfortable with Client having cognitive limitations.
