In support of the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer, the Site Lead Manager leads a world-wide team of on-site Team Leads providing responsive hardware, software and training support to the GMASS covered systems: the AN/FPQ-16, Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS), the AN/FPS-132, Upgraded Early Warning (UEWR) Radars and supporting systems. The Site Lead Manager will continually harmonize on-site support activities with the with the other GMASS program teams (e.g., Integrated Product Support, Depot Maintenance, etc.). Qualifications Required Education and Experience- Bachelor Degree and fourteen plus (14+); Masters Degree and twelve plus (12+); Phd and nine plus (9+) years experience in systems engineering and related areas.
- Experience delivering solutions for national security, mission-critical, no-fail applications.
- 5 years' experience managing local- and remote-site maintenance activities involving hardware, software, support systems, to include installation, test, problem resolution, discrepancy reporting, configuration and data management.
- Experience managing worldwide logistics and supply projects
- Executing logistic support plans
- Secret clearance
