First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires
Interacts with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
Here's what you'll have to interview:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 or more years or experience in call center setting
SAP/Oracle experience is preferred
