The clinical services provided includeSubstance Abuse and Mental Health Evaluations, Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. The ClinicalPsychotherapist assumes a primary role in assessment, diagnosis, collaborative treatment plandevelopment, case management, and coordination of all other concurrent clinical therapies.B) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for EAP-contracted employers. The EAP servicesprovided include consultations, critical incident stress debriefings, orientations, trainings, and workshopsfor employees, supervisors, and managers of contracted companies. These services assist employers inaddressing workplace behavioral health issues which impact optimal performance.The Clinical Psychotherapist provides services for which he/she is trained and qualified. All services areprovided in accordance with State Mental Health laws, regulatory agency, and departmental guidelines,policies, and standards.Qualifications:In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Masters or Doctoral degree in behavioral health field.Two years of experience in outpatient psychotherapy setting.Experience in a hospital-based psychiatric clinic preferred.Licensure in appropriate discipline (Required)Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantlyWe are looking for experience with psychotherapy/ talk therapy.
