Full-time and part-time positions are available. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!Lead Teacher starting pay: $16-$18 hour, starting rates based on education and experience. Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required and must be at least 18-years-old.
Previous teaching experience in licensed childcare preferred.
Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field preferred.
Must have the following qualifications to be considered for a Lead Teacher:
Early child development college courses in combination with experience
Completed college degree
Current CDA
Early childhood or special education professional development trainings through the state such as EQIT or pyramid plus
Credential 3.0 level 2 or higher
