Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in CENTENNIAL, Colorado, 80111-6480, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of packaging and shipping items, overseeing new orders, and ensuring effective communication. You will be instrumental in helping us handle our increasing volume of work and expansion plans.Responsibilities: Oversee the entire process of picking up items, packaging, and shipping them out Monitor new orders coming in and ensure prompt action Maintain constant communication with all involved parties Schedule pickups and drop-offs and create labels for packages Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure smooth operations Gain proficiency in logistics tasks such as booking freight, scheduling pickups, creating bill of lading and labels, and understanding tariffs Handle international shipping needs, including export declarations and commercial invoices Negotiate pricing needs with providers and provide accurate quotes to customers Demonstrate strong Excel/data skills to manage data ETL and presentation using Excel and advanced tools Produce reports such as sending a list of orders to fulfill to a provider Efficiently convert incoming data like emails with packed item sizes or a pdf invoice statement to excel. Requirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis Solid experience in shipping and international shipping procedures Thorough understanding of logistics and distribution principles Familiarity with international freight and freight management processes Strong skills in data entry and document review Experience in packaging and labeling in accordance with industry standards Knowledge of CRM systems for customer relationship management Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Basic understanding of international trade laws and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
