Learn more about inclusion and diversity: click hereAs a Procurement Compliance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and policies. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our procurement processes and driving ethical practices across the organization.You will report directly to our Sr. Materials Management Manager and you'll work out of our Chandler, AZ, Broomfield, CO or Golden Valley, MN location on a hybrid work schedule following the 3/2 policy.In this role, you will impact the successful execution of procurement activities by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of compliance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement procurement compliance policies and procedures

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Provide guidance and training to procurement staff on compliance requirements

Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance

Stay updated on changes in procurement regulations and industry best practices

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTSMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. COMPENSATION & BENFITS:Incentive EligibleSalary Range: $112,000 - $140,000For benefits information please visit https://benefits.honeywell.com/.Current employees may visit HR Direct.YOU MUST HAVE

US Citizenship to obtain or maintain a security clearance

5+ years of experience in procurement compliance or a related field

Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and policies including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), ITAR and import/ export requirements

Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

3+ years of management experience

3+ years of experience in Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or similar system

Professional certification in procurement or compliance (e.g., CSCP, CFCM)

Experience in conducting compliance audits and investigations

Strong communication and people-oriented skills
