Senior Manager, Mission Assurance and Support Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr. Manager, Mission Assurance and Support for our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield, CO location. This role reports directly to the Environment and Infrastructure General Manager. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team to provide engineering support to projects, managing document control processes, and driving quality initiatives. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall performance of the ACST business group.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a team responsible for safety, reliability, and quality
Interface with research, development, and manufacturing organizations to provide guidance on quality, safety, and reliability standards
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is 157000-196000 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
8+ years of experience in Engineering
3+ years’ experience leading technical teams
Demonstratable knowledge of engineering product safety regulations and standards
S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Be able to travel up to 20%
