Description Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing company in Broomfield in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist! The Accounts Receivable Specialist position is paying $55,000-$65,000!The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Post customer receipts into ERP system
Establishing customer credit limits
Compile all credit information received into comprehensive package and present to management for approval
Monthly AR insurance reporting as applicable
Research sales tax related issues as needed
Perform monthly reconciliation of sales tax returns to GL
Submit manual returns as needed
Produce weekly AR Review report and analysis, and present as requested
Prepare monthly Sales Tax report reconciliation
Produce weekly Cash Flow projections as requested
In addition to Month End duties associated with the Invoicing function, additional Month End duties, to be determined, will be assigned as necessary
Provide assistance as needed and as directed for AR and GL functions
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:
2+ years of AR experience
Sage 50/Peachtree experience is nice to have, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
