Seeking an organized, thoughtful, and growth-oriented assistant to support a solopreneur with dynamic projects across Real estate, AI Development and emerging initiatives.
This will start as a part-time contractor role (10–20 hours/week), with initial hybrid (in-person & remote) onboarding in Louisville, CO, followed by hybrid (1-2 days in person, rest remote) work.
Role can expand to a full time position for the right candidate.

Scope of Responsibilities Includes:
Translating ideas and conversations into clear project plans and next steps
Building and maintaining light organizational systems (Notion, Trello, Google Docs)
Helping manage priorities and project flow during fast-moving phases
Light transaction coordination (real estate document tracking, scheduling, communication)
Acting as a sounding board for idea integration and project clarification
External scheduling, light research, vendor communication as needed
Requirements:
Within driving distance of Louisville, CO (local candidates only)
Organized, self-directed, and reliable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Trustworthy, takes ownership of responsibilities, and self-managed
Comfortable learning or already familiar with basic project management and organizational tools
Open to growth, coachable, receptive to feedback
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate ($18-25/hr), based on experience and alignment.
