Roofing Service Technician
American Dream Home Improvement (ADHI) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our National Production Team as a Service Technician based out of our Centennial, CO office, but will service our Colorado Springs and Fort Collins locations. ADHI's Service Technician will work directly with our Production Teams to review and process service requests regarding work performed by ADHI. Assist various corporate teams in working to resolve build and service issues in order to close and complete jobs. This is a full-time, in office position-No field work.
Qualifications:
Previous Roofing, Siding, and/or Gutter experience HIGHLY preferred, but not required
Previous experience in service/technician role in exterior construction
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to work under tight deadlines and short turn around
Detail orientated and ability to learn new ways of doing tasks
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Salary Based off experience; starting salary $42,000-$47,000

Duties:
Work with National Production team to address issues regarding work performed by ADHI
In the field position performing service and warranty work
Review detailed documentation as it relates to specific work orders
Submit supporting information and review accounts to determine effective and complete solution to close our any service issue
Maintain acceptable productivity standards as designated by District Production Manager
