Prior facilities/maintenance support experience
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal communication skills are required while working with all levels of staff and vendors
Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license, good driving record and have daily access to a dependable vehicle
Ability to make supply runs and deliveries as necessary
Ability to read, write and speak English
Computer knowledge – utilizing MS Outlook (e-mail and calendars)
Availability to travel out of state to other office locations as needed
Spanish a plus
