Description Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, US:CO:AuroraDepartment: UCHA CafeteriaFTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift: Days Pay: $26.85 - $42.96 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceSummary:Manages the daily operations of the department, to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.Responsibilities:Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll and student engagements. Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies. Assesses the quality of services delivered and coordinates services with other departments.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.Requirements:

Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.

Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.

Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience.
