Diversity and Equity:Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
Five (5) years nursing experience.
Three (3) years of ambulatory clinic experience.
Active RN license in the State of Colorado or Compact State License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
Certification or eligibility for healthcare quality, ambulatory nursing, and/or infection prevention.
Ambulatory Nursing Board Certification (AMB-BC) or alternate certification in applicable specialty.
Expertise in database operations, including EMR (Epic) experience.
Previous patient safety or 2 years relevant experience.
Public speaking or clinical education experience with adults and/or healthcare workers.
Experience with HealthStream.
Experience with RL Safety Reporting.
Experience with research and evidence-based platforms.
Conditions of Employment:
Since this position requires traveling to all clinic locations (some without easy access to public transportation), a valid driver's license is required.
Must be able to perform the clinical and/or technical competencies on which education is provided.
