The Children’s Center Supervisor leads front-of-house operations surrounding enrollment and sales functions, and back of house operations related to the Cubs room to support the daily success of the Children’s Center. This position collaborates closely with the Hideout Manager and peer Supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, focusing on guest service, team leadership, and operational excellence. The Supervisor plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for families and staff. This position reports to the Hideout Manager.  Applications for this role will be accepted until  September 22, 2025.The budgeted salary range for this position is $60,656 - $69,754. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities Prioritize and organize S3 support systems and administrative functions based on departmental Key Job Responsibilities (KJRs) and initiatives to ensure smooth, guest-focused operations Schedule and supervise family hosts and indoor staff to meet daily operational needs, maintaining service consistency and supporting a high-quality guest experience Ensure essential guest- and staff-facing information is communicated clearly, frequently, and accurately Support business growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence by assisting Pros, Supervisors, and Managers in daily functions Assist with staffing by recruiting, training, developing, scheduling, and evaluating employees to support strong performance and service delivery Promote excellence in guest service by evaluating interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and resolving guest concerns proactively Provide cross-functional coverage and support for other Supervisors as needed, including operations and on-snow roles, to ensure continuity of service Support the Sales and Reservations team in aligning guest needs with S3 offerings and ensuring accurate, efficient transactions Lead efforts in employee recognition, performance management, and disciplinary processes to promote a positive and high-functioning work environment Foster and model a strong culture of risk management and safety to support staff and guest well-being Other duties as assigned
