As a general Automotive Technician with us, you'll play a pivotal role in efficiently and effectively performing inspection and repair tasks on passenger cars and light duty vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Skillfully perform removal and replacement of vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and more. Utilize precision tools and equipment to ensure accurate removal and installation procedures.
Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to assess vehicle problems and develop efficient repair strategies. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that each R&R procedure is completed to the highest quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to create a safe and efficient work environment.
Keep accurate RO records of work performed, parts used, and repairs completed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an R&R or General Automotive Technician.
Proficiency in tear down and reassembly of vehicle mechanical systems.
Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, efficiently managing tasks and prioritizing workload.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Relevant certifications or training from recognized institutions is advantageous.
