Must have basic hand and powertools
Must have 2yrs. of exp. in maintenance
Clean DMV print out
Pass Background check.
Must have experience with light carpentry, plumbing and electrical work
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
Experience performing routine maintenance
Strong organizational, time management, follow up skills and eye for detail
Professional presentation and attitude
Will pay additional $200/Mo. to use your personal truck for work
