In house and field Support needed F/T for busy Ventura based Company.
Must have a positive attitude, as well as excellent people, communication and customer service skills. Clear communication by phone is necessary.
Prior knowledge of RESTAURANT OPERATIONS and/or of POS SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS is ideal.
Having some general TECHNICAL SKILLS, including Software Application Support, PC Hardware Repair, Networking, and Communications, is also beneficial.
Basic /troubleshooting.
Basis knowledge of networking and router configuration helpful.
Clean driving record .
