What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating, deploying, and maintaining systems and software as required. They should possess a strong knowledge of various IT systems and software, with expertise in the following areas:

Qualifications:

Proficient in Windows 10 Operating system.

Experience with Microsoft Server Domain user management.

Familiarity with Microsoft Server Domain folder and file sharing management.

Knowledgeable about Microsoft Active Directory SYNC with Office 365.

Proficient in Office 365 Products, with emphasis on Excel spreadsheets and scripting.

Familiarity with PC Hardware and Printers.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and its relational database technology.

Knowledge of IIS hosting of INTRANET systems.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBSCRIPT, VBA, CMD, HTML, Java, ASP, SQL Language.

Knowledge of QuickBooks would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Update, deploy, and maintain systems and software as required.

Manage Microsoft Server Domain user accounts and permissions.

Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft Server Domain folder and file sharing.

Sync Microsoft Active Directory with Office 365.

Provide support and troubleshooting for Office 365 Products, particularly Excel.

Handle PC Hardware and Printer issues.

Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Host INTRANET systems using IIS.

Develop and implement scripts for various purposes.

Provide support for QuickBooks (if applicable).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Years of experience in a similar role.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
