Lewis Planned Communities develops new socially vibrant communities and you can be a part of the excitement, helping families discover their new home. We are seeking personable and energetic candidates to work as our new Information Center Representative on location at our large, upscale master-planned communities in Santa Paula, CA.

MORE ABOUT THE CAREER:

-You will apply top customer service by welcoming visitors and conducting informed sales presentations to potential new residents of this dynamic, upscale community.

-You will lead professional tours of the community’s clubhouse and its amenities and assist with grand openings and other events.

-You will interact with guest homebuilder sales teams to provide top-notch service and support to help meet their sales goals.

-You will work directly with a team of motivated and supportive Lewis managers and associates from Marketing and Planned Community Development to achieve individual and team performance goals.

-Your new work hours will be 9am-6pm. As you can guess, weekends are the busiest time, so working weekends will be required, with days off during the week.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATCHES:

-Our best Representatives are polished and energetic sales & service professionals with great attitudes and engaging people skills

-Having 1-3 years of experience in an upscale customer service and/or sales environment will really prepare you for your new role at Lewis.

-Your computer skills should include MS Word & some light MS Excel

-Integrity, honesty, and teamwork: These are the values of Lewis. Bring them with you.

Note: Driving is required, and you must have a valid driver license & insurance (Lewis will reimburse you for mileage outside of the normal commute).

REAL ESTATE LICENSE, SALARY & BENEFITS:

A Real Estate Salesperson license is required or will be required in your first 6 months of employment (Lewis will reimburse the cost for initial courses and associated application, live scan fingerprinting, and exam fees)

In addition to a starting salary of $22.88/hour, you will receive $60/month cellphone allowance, and annual bonus/raise potential. After 60 days, you’re invited to join a variety of Lewis medical and dental benefits plans. After one year, you can join the Lewis 401K savings plan with a company match.
