We are looking for some passionate and motivated people who love to work 5 days a week in our sales department partnering with us for the long-term success of our customers and their personal growth. This position is for inside sales and travel or remote work is not required. Fabricmate is the best-in-class Wall Systems Solution provider located in Ventura, California

Requirements:
- Good written and oral English skills required
- Basic math and logical thinking required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence customers
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Not shy about making calls to connect with the customers, architects, contractors, installers, and homeowners
- Monday - Friday - 5 days a week between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Gain product knowledge (PK) of all company product lines and their usage.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or other communication methods to provide answers to transaction-related and product/sales-related questions.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude during all customer interactions.
- Have passion and enjoy working in the Sales and Business Development arena.
This is not a remote position. The successful candidate must work 5 days a week from our Ventura office.

- Base salary: $20 - $22 per hour
