Coordinate with cleaners, minor maintenance checks, and quality inspections between stays
Load/unload dishwasher and organize kitchen for the next guest.

Open blinds, adjust lighting, and stage rooms to align with brand aesthetics.
Ensure all technology (e.g., TV, Wi-Fi, cameras, appliances) is functioning correctly and reset TVs to guest mode.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain inventory checklists and condition reports.
Document guest readiness via photos and app-based checklists
Communicate any maintenance or supply needs to the owner.
Facilitate with guests as issues come up and address them as needed.
Photography & Brand Consistency

Welcome guests or offer remote check-in support
Answer basic guest questions pre- or mid-stay (if directed)
Report any issues, damage, or concerns to the owner immediately
