Established real estate investment and property management firm based in Ventura County is seeking a hardworking, proactive and self-motivated professional to join its headquarters asset management team.
The position is an ideal transition from site-level to executive management, and includes comprehensive training by the senior asset management team. Properties include upscale apartments, commercial properties and self storage in southern CA and NV.

Duties include working with the asset management team to monitor income, expenses, delinquencies, market surveys, budgets, property inspections and general property and site manager performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Proficient with MS Office
Three years of property management experience
Yardi Voyager Experience
