Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and maintaining positive tenant relations. This role requires a licensed professional with a strong background in property management.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial units.
Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
Screen and select qualified tenants, and handle leasing agreements.
Address tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships.
Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Input work orders collect vendor proposal and schedule vendors
Knowledge of Appfolio Property Management Software, Google docs, Excel and Word.
Qualifications:
Active and valid Real Estate license.
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proven experience in property management.
Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
