We are seeking an energetic and versatile individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales and Office Assistant. This position will initially involve 2-3 hours per day for 2-3 days as a trial, with the potential for more hours based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to existing customers from provided lead lists to personally inquire about reorders of our all-natural health supplements.
Utilize a friendly and engaging voice to build rapport with customers and promote the benefits of our products.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have regarding our products or their orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
Assist with packing and shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the owner regarding stock replenishment needs.
Answer incoming calls and emails regarding product inquiries, orders, and general customer service issues.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and personable demeanor.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office administration preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage customers in conversation.
Comfortable working independently and within a home office environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
