Our law firm is looking to add to our Personal Injury department. We are looking for candidates who do well in a busy desk and enjoy helping clients.
Job Summary:
Responsible for answering and returning client calls, client intakes, scheduling appointments, reading & responding to emails, faxing, scanning, opening new files, work with our case management system, and various office clerical duties.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Maintain organized files and records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Provide clerical support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence including opening new cases.
Communicate with clients regarding the status of their case.
Communicate with Potential New Clients conducting intake interviews and requesting relevant documents.
Request medical records and billing.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information for case preparation.
Support the team in various tasks as needed.
Interface with Potential New Clients, including conducting an initial intake interview.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual - Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
