Production Supv

DIRECT HIRE: Opportunity to join a start up company. Responsible for managing production lines for a dry goods food company. Will be responsible for developing and managing a production team. Must be able to work well in a fast paced, growth oriented organization. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a perishable product operation. Substantive understanding of various vertical and flow wrap packing machines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Spanish/English. Ability to read and interpret financial, operational and models that are relative to the position. Able to calculate and understand figures and amounts such as percentages, discounts, proportions etc. Must have experience working with microsoft word, excel and powerpoint. Experience supervising a production staff and working in a team environment. Benefits. 1st shift: 6am-3:30pm
