A growing and profitable manufacturer of aerospace parts in Simi Valley is looking to hire a CNC Machinist and all levels are being considered
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00/hr. DOE

Multiple roles and shifts available:
Grinder, Mill, Lathe, Inspector, Assembly, and Saw Operator
Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in operation and set-up on CNC
Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English
Do you have experience running I.D., O,D. or Centerless grinders?
Responsibilities
Work from blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications
Efficiently set up, adjust and operate 2 different grinding machines within the department (i.e CNC, Manual, ID, OD, Centerless and Face)
Verify conformance of machined work-pieces to specifications using gauges and related measuring devices
Inspect own work for correct dimensions and ensure that company quality and quantity standards are maintained and complete required documentation
Compute such data as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times
Perform basic troubleshooting and make appropriate adjustments
Work with supervisor, programmer & support teams to resolve problem situations as required
Set up and verify preset gauges for proper calibration as required
Enters data into ERP system
Supports RBS activities
Use hand tools and manual machines as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
