We are looking for the right person for our medical office.
This person must be fluent in both Spanish and English (speak, read, and write both),
have excellent typing skills, use computers well (internet, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records), like math, and have neat handwriting.
Experience is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right person.
We are more interested in knowing who you are, because we can help you learn the rest.
We are looking for friendly, organized, self-motivated people who are conscientious, have a good work ethic and like working with people.
You will be trained in all of these skills and work as part of our team.
Front office- answering phones/scheduling/making appointments
Back office talking to patients and getting them ready
Billing/ Insurance authorizations
You may be asked to work at the Oxnard and/or Camarillo location.
