Responsibilities:
- Deliver guest orders to the guests in the room ensuring all items the guest has ordered along with proper silverware and condiments are delivered.
- Guest Service Excellence: Provide personalized, attentive, and responsive service to guests. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Room Service or similar food & beverage operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of In-Room Dining operations, food safety regulations, and guest service standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Server must be able to carry 15 lbs or more for extended periods.
- Server must be able to comfortably maneuver stairs.
- Server must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Server must be able to lift items from the floor and carry them to designated areas.
