Kansui Ramen is growing fast — and we’re looking for reliable, hard-working line cooks who know how to hustle and take pride in their food. This is not a slow kitchen. We prep hard, move fast, and keep things clean.
You’ll be responsible for:
Cooking ramen, proteins, sides, and plating dishes
Keeping a clean, organized station
Helping with prep (veggies, stocks, sauces, etc.)
Working with a team and communicating during service
